It is with great pleasure that we can confirm that ITDS Group Holdings Ltd (ITDS) and all its subsidiaries, (IT Document Solutions Limited , ITDS Managed Services, ITDS Mailroom Solutions and ITDS Web Services Ltd) have been acquired by TriHaven Capital and positions ITDS to become the platform for TriHaven’s technology sector strategy.
Jermaine Weeden remains as Chief Executive Officer of the group under the new parent company, working closely with Paul Ollerton and the TriHaven M & A team.
ITDS had been actively seeking external investment to support and accelerate the company’s next phase of growth prior to the approach from TriHaven. This acquisition gives IT Document Solutions the opportunity to deliver bigger and better technology solutions and services to its loyal clients, as well as reach a wider audience beyond its current capabilities.
The quick turnaround of this significant deal demonstrates the determination, dedication and a shared commitment of both teams to get it across the line, and Jermaine and the ITDS team are excited about the opportunities ahead.
