West Sussex County Council, working with the Sussex Council of Training Providers, has launched a new Skills Bootcamps Information Service to help local employers access the talent and training they need.

Skills Bootcamps are flexible, short courses (min 60 hours over up to 16 weeks) that equip learners with the skills employers are actively seeking. Developed in partnership with industry, each course is designed to emulate real-world scenarios – and lead directly to employment or career progression.
