People’s Partnership has committed to remain in Manor Royal and has expanded its offices by taking a new lease on the whole of the Manhattan Building situated within Crawley Business District.
The circa 27,000 sq.ft building is now entirely occupied by People’s Partnership and has the benefit of only being a few minutes’ walk away from their main head office building close to London Road.
Tim Hodges, of Altus Group, acted for the Landlords in the lease restructuring and said “The decision of People’s Partnership to extend the lease and expand into the whole of the Manhattan Building demonstrates the continuing appeal of Manor Royal to office occupiers, which will only continue with the fantastic work of the Manor Royal Bid team as they further develop new amenities and facilities across the park.”
The building has an excellent EPC rating of A. The new agreement included the Landlord paying for the installation of EV car charge points, which were required by People’s Partnership in accordance with its ESG strategies.
Rachel Thomas, Head of Workplace for People’s Partnership said: “We’ve seen unprecedented levels of growth over the last five years. Our new lease on the Manhattan building underlines that continuing growth, as well as a commitment to both Manor Royal and helping to improve the environment.”
