GLP, a leading global business builder, owner, developer, and operator of logistics real estate, digital infrastructure, renewable energy, and related technologies, has today announced that it has signed a lease agreement with new customer MSL Global for Unit 3, a 27,570 SQ FT warehouse at G-Hub Crawley.  

MSL Global are specialists in delivering premium live event solutions for brands within the automotive industry. G-Hub Crawley comprises three high specification Net-Zero carbon logistics units, each offering BREEAM Excellent and ‘EPC A’ energy ratings. 

The leasing of Unit 3 coupled with the lease of Unit 2 (51,699 SQ FT) announced in February, leaves only G-Hub 96, a 96,442 SQ FT prime industrial warehouse, available for immediate occupation. All three units benefit from best-in-class specifications, expansive service yards, dock levellers, EV charging bays and ample car and HGV parking, making them ideally suited for a wide range of logistics and distribution uses. 

G-Hub Crawley in Manor Royal, one of the premier industrial and business districts in the Southeast. Its proximity to London makes it ideal for a range of logistics and distribution activities, including last-mile delivery. The park benefits from great connectivity to both Gatwick airport and central London via the M23 motorway located just a few miles away.
