Crawley Town Football Club can confirm that we have undertaken a brand identity research project that will take place over the next several months

This initial piece of work will allow us to build a foundation to build on by understanding who we are as a club today, how our history shapes and informs that, and what our supporters want out of the club going forward.

The club believes this is an important step in sharpening our brand identity that not only will bring current supporters a deeper connection to the club but will be able to attract new fans from Crawley and beyond. This work will help inform our communication styles and presentation digitally, with fans, and with current and future commercial partners. We are not alone in this journey; several other clubs have completed or are in the process of undergoing similar exercises

“Making sure we have the right tools and foundations in place to push us forward is a key goal for us this year, and initiating work on our brand and our identity is a key initiative,” said Vice-Chairman Ben Levin. “We have a lot to be proud of here at Crawley Town. We have a rich history and a strong fan base with a lot of love for this club. We want to wrap that all together into a clear brand identity that we can all rally behind and moving into next year and beyond.”

To begin the process, we ask that you participate in the fan survey by clicking this link. Bringing in your opinions is crucial to the success of the project. Crawley Town FC is more than just a football club; it’s a part of this community, and we’re on a mission to understand what makes it special to each person.

The survey contains a series of questions about Crawley as a place and Crawley Town as a football club. Understanding the combination of place and Club are important to how we grow together. The survey should take 10-15 minutes to complete and random winners will be selected and may receive tickets, merchandise, and exclusive experiences.

Another way to get involved is to participate in one of our focus groups, which will take place on January 31st. To reserve your spot in one of these sessions, please click this link and enter your name and email address in the time that you will attend.

There will also be opportunities to talk with the team leading this project before kickoff vs. Wrexham on February 1.

We will continue to update you over time with outcomes of the project.
