Alongside the retail units, the development will include 28 charging bays with exciting progress on-site as Sixpenny Group and their partners, ARCUS-PCD LIMITED, push forward with their latest development - delivering a cutting-edge EV charging hub which is currently scheduled to open in December 2025 on Gatwick Road in Manor Royal and will also feature a pocket park - a green, welcoming space for customers and the wider community to relax and enjoy.
